UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, we have made some changes to our Field Trips program. Please contact email@example.com for more info.
We are excited to now be offering School Field Trips for grades K-3!
Spring Planting Tour (May 13th-June 14th)
In the Spring we offer a planting tour where students will learn about our farm and the tasks we do to prepare for the upcoming year. Students will have the opportunity to plant a bean to take home with them and they will also plant a “mystery” seed to discover with their classroom.
The children will enjoy a fun (and most likely very muddy) wagon ride to our 100 acre forest where they can explore nature and enjoy a scavenger hunt.
Fall Harvest Tour (September 23rd- October 31st)
Fall time is all about harvest on our farm! Students will enjoy a fun and educational wagon ride to our pumpkin patch where they will learn about all of the varieties of pumpkins and squash that we grow. They will be able to pick a munchkin pumpkin to take home with them and will also get to choose a large one for the classroom. A fun lesson on corn will also be given and students will get to explore our mini corn maze.
