Fresh, Seasonal Produce in Store Now
We have almost reached the mid-point of summer with our second long weekend of the season just a few days away. The first half of the summer was bountiful with both our asparagus and strawberry crops thriving in the great weather we have been having. A special thank you to all of you who came out enjoy the fresh taste of spring or spend the day on the farm with your family picking berries. We love seeing everyone enjoying themselves and appreciating the hard work put in by the field team.
As we move into the second half of the summer the market is quickly filling up with fresh fruit and produce. Beans and peas have been making their way in daily along with fresh beets, carrots and local Ontario blueberries. If you are craving a summer salad, we’ve got you covered. Our farm fresh romaine is picked each morning and is crisp and refreshing. Pair it with our house made croutons and summer salad topper for the perfect side dish.
