Chilli Lime Butter

It’s sweet corn season! One of the most versatile veggies in our opinion. Enjoy it on the cob with butter salt and pepper, in a delicious Mexican Corn Salad (recipe coming soon), or try it with a spiced butter which is what we’re sharing today!

Spice up your sweetcorn with this Chilli Lime Butter with a Feta Crumble!


  • 1 lb of butter
  • 1.5 tbsp of Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
  • zest of 1 lime
  • juice of 1 lime
  • feta for topping


  • With a hand mixer or a stand mixer beat the butter until fluffy (about 2-4 minutes)
  • Scrape the sides of the bowl an add all the ingredients except for the feta
  • Transfer to a fridge safe container
  • Store for up to 1 month

When eating
Spread butter evenly over a warm cob of corn, sprinkle with crumbled feta and enjoy!
